We hold the copyright to all images, videos and any other material Maks Weddings produces.
In case of Data loss due to hardware failure, theft or an act of God, Maks Weddings will not be held liable, In case of data loss due to personal fault
Maks Weddings will Compensate the Client accordingly.
Maks Weddings Team will provide a 30-minute buffer time to every client in case they are late, We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause long delays, and in such cases, it is the client’s responsibility to keep us updated on their schedule. Failure to do so won’t entail any cooperation from Team Maks Weddings.
All Raw Data such as photos and videos will be provided to the client within the first week after their Event, Albums and edited videos will be delivered within 3 months after the client shares the selection.
The client will only be eligible to receive all the deliverables after the completion of the remaining payments.
Any additional services demanded by the client after the initial contract has been signed will be charged separately, it is advised to mention all the services you need before signing contracts and depositing the advance.
In case the event gets cancelled, the advance payment won’t be returned as we reserved that date for you and rejected other clients. In case the event gets postponed, The client needs to inform us of the date change within 10 days if the next date is within the next 6 months, and in 30 days if the next date is within 12 Months, If longer than that the client is liable to pay 30% more on the total payment agreed upon.
In case we already have bookings on the next date that’s been decided, Maks Weddings will try to accommodate the client well within reason.
No harassment or bullying will be tolerated by the Maks Weddings Team, From the client, their family or guests on the event date or after.
